Xylem to relocate HQ to Washington

Xylem is transferring its international headquarters from Rye Brook, New York to Washington, DC.

“Washington, DC is an important world crossroads for the various set of stakeholders who work together in path of solving water challenges all over the world,” said Patrick Decker, president and CEO of Xylem. “By finding our international headquarters right here, we place ourselves proper where the water sector is most engaged.”
Decker and numerous senior Xylem leaders might be based within the new headquarters.
“We’ll be able to scale back complexity, with a lean headquarters, simultaneously we construct nearer relationships with all these in the world water neighborhood working to solve the most important challenges, and promote international water sustainability,” mentioned Decker.
